Answer:

x=6 and y=3 will be the answer

Step-by-step explanation:

let the ones digit be y and the tens digit be x.

Case 1st,

x+y=9.............eq1

Case 2nd,

4(10x+y)=7(10y+x)

40x+4y=70y+7x

40x-7x=70y-4y

33x=66y

33x-66y=0

33(x-2y)=0

x-2y=0............eq2

subtracting equation 2nd from equation 1st

x-2y=0

x+y=9

- - -

_______

-3y=-9

y=3

putting the value of y in equation 1st

x+y=9

x+3=9

x=9-3

x=6
