A two digit number will be of the form 10x+y. From given
                            y=3x and 10y+x=10+2(10x+y)
        10y+x=10+20x+2y
         10(3x)+x=10+20(x)+2(3x)
          30x+x=10+26x
          31x-26x=10
         x=2, y=6
So the original number is 26.
