Step-by-step explanation:

Let one's digit of a two number is x and ten's digits y, then the number is x+10y

By reversing its digits One's digit =y and ten's digit =x

Then the number is y+10x

As per statement

x+y=10...(1)

And,

x+10y−18=y+10x

x+10y−y10x=18

−9x+9y=18

x−y=−2 (Dividing by −9) ....(2)

Adding (1) and (2), we have

2x=8 or x=4

From (1):4+y=10

y=6

Answer:

Number =x+10y=4+10(6)=64

Answer:

Let the 2 digit number be (10x+y)

1st case:

x+y=4------(i)

2nd case :10x+y-18=10y+x

(9x-9y-18=0)/9

x-y-18=0

x-y=18--------(ii)

Solve (i) and (ii) equation

x+y=4

x-y=18

-----------

2x=22

x=11

Put value of x (i) equation

11+y=4

y=-7
