➡The number is=35.

↪Because if , 3+5=8 <=> 35+18=53

then X=5 & y = 3

let once no be x
and second be y
ATQ
x+y=8-(1)
no before adding 18 =10y+x
after adding 18
(present no) 10y+x+18=10x+y(digits get reversed)
10y-y+x-10x+18=0
9y-9x+18=0
y-x+2=0(divide equation by 9)
y-x=-2-(2)
BY ELIMINATION METHOD
x+y=8
-x+y=-2
_________
0+2y=6
y=6/2
y=3

put y in eq 1
x+(3)=8
x=8-3
x=5

No is 10y+x
10(3)+5
number is 35
