9
Let the one's digit no. =x
so, tens digit no. =9-x
No formed:
x+10(9-x)
x+ 90 -10x
90-9x

After interchanging
Ones digit = 9-x
tens digit =x
New no formed:
9-x+ 10(x)
9-x+10x
9-9x

ATQ
3/8(90-9x) = 9-9x
135/4-27x/8=9-9x
9x -27x/8=9-135/4

The question is wrong the answer will be in negative.
