A number cube has its side numbered as 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8.if a cube is thrown once what is the probability of getting an odd number.

total no of possibilities(1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8) = 8
no of likable events (1 ,3 ,5 ,7) = 4
therefore, P(E) = 4/8  = 1/2
