(x÷2)(5)=9 solve and get ans 8

x/2 + 5 = 9

Subtract 5 from both sides

x/2 + 5 - 5 = 9 - 5

x/2 = 4

Multiply both sides by 2

2(x/2) = 2(4)

x = 8
