A number first increased by 20%and the resulting number is then decreased by 10%. Find the overall change in the number as percent.
Ans is 8% increase .
please help me . give the answer ​

Let 100 is a number

increased by 20% means increase 20

total 100+20= 120

now decreased 10% , means decrease 12

total 120 -12 =108

So 100 is over all changed to 108

increase 108–100=8 ,

% of increase 8% ans
