So,

first it's ten's digit is 4 times the units place

=> [4 × 10 × 1] X = 41x

or the other combination

=> ( 8x 10 + 2)x = 82x

=> 82 - 54

=> 28 is the reverse of number

So 82 is that number

its logical approach not actual one.
