Hey guys here is your answer :

Let the one's digit be=y

Let the ten's digit be=x

Number=10x+y

x+y=9

10x+y+27=10y+x

10x-x+y-10y= - 27

9x-9y= - 27

9(x-y)= - 27 - 3 = x-y = - 3

x+y=9

x-y= - 3

2x=6= x+3

x+y=9 =3+y=9 =y =6

The number is 10x+y =10×3+6=36

So your answer is 36

Hope it helped you
