8 + 2K = 70
2K = 70 - 8
2K = 62
K = 62 /2 = 31

=> x + x + 8 = 70

=> 2x + 8 = 70

=> 2x = 70 - 8

=> 2x = 62

=> x = 62/2

=> x = 31


x + 8 = 31 + 8 = 39


Therefore, one no. is 31 and the other no. is 39.
