Hey Buddy

Here is the Answer

--------------------------------------------------

Probability of not selecting a composite number is equal to probability of selecting a prime number.

So prime number between 1 to 25

2,3,5,7,11,13,17,19,23

So

9 prime numbers between 1 and 25

Probability = 9/25

PEACE

Answer:

\frac{10}{25}=\frac{2}{5} or 40%.

Step-by-step explanation:

Out 25 No. , there are 15 composite no. .(4,6,8,9,10,12,14,15,16,18,20,21,22,24,25; as composite numbers mean a whole number that can be made by multiplying other whole numbers)

∴Therefore, there are a total of 25-15=10 no. which are not composite.

∴probability of getting not a composite no. is \frac{10}{25}=\frac{2}{5} or 40%.

Hope it helps, if it do, mark as brainliest please.
