____________________________________________________________

→ Numbers divisible by '6' = 6, 12, 18, ... , 96

→ Numbers divisible by '6' = 6 [ 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 ,... , 16 ]

→ Number of no.s satisfying the above CONDITION = 16
► Number of no.s satisfying the sample space { 1 to 100 } = 100

=> Probability of event = n( E ) / n( S ) = 16 / 100 = ( 4 / 25 )

Hey user!!

TOTAL NO. OF OUTCOMES = 100
THEIRFORE THE POSSIBLE OUTCOMES = THE NUMBERS WHICH ARE DIVISIBLE BY 6

THE POSSIBLE OUTCOMES = 16 ..

THE PROBABILITY= THE POSSIBLE OUTCOMES÷ THE TOTAL NO . OF OUTCOMES.
= 16÷ 100= 0.16..

THEIRFORE,, THR REQURIED PROBABITY= 0.16 ...
