LET THE FISRT PART=x

Then second would be= x+10

x+10/x= 5/3 ( cross multiply)

3(x+10)=5x

3x+30=5x

30= 5x-3x

30= 2x

30/2=x

15=x

FIRST PART= 15

SECOND=15+10=25

NUMBER= 15+25= 40
