Let the parts be 13x and 16x.

The number will be 13x + 16x + 29x.

 16x - 13x = 15 \\ \\ = 3x = 15 \\ \\ \\ x = \frac{15}{3} = 5 \\ \\ \\ 13x = 13 \times 5 = 65 \\ \\ \\ 16x = 16 \times 5 = 80 \\ \\ \\ 29x = 29 \times 5 = 145

∴ 145 is the number and 65, 80 are the two parts.

65:80 = 13:16

80 - 65 = 15
