Total no. of possible outcomes = 50 {1, 2, 3 …. 50}

No. of favourable outcomes = 4 {12, 24, 36, 48}

P(E) = (No.of favorable outcomes)/(Total no.of possible outcomes)

P(E) = 4/50 = 2/25

Answer:

hence probablity of multiple of 3=8/25

Answer:

hence probablity of multiple of 4 =7/25

Step-by-step explanation:

multiples of 3 till 50 = 3,6,9,12,15....48=16

probability= expected outcome /total number of outcomes

=16/50=8/25

multiples of 4= 4,8,12.....48=14numbers

probability= expected outcome /total number of outcomes

=14/5=7/25

hope it helped
