2% is the answer
Take 100 as the number it's 20 % will be 20 so add 20 it becomes 120. Then15 %of 120 is 18
15/100*120=18
Subtracted by 120 gives 102
Increase in the finale value is 102-100=2
Increase in percentage is 2/100*the initial value (100)
2/100*100=2%
Is it clear
