let the number be x
x> \frac{1}{3}( \frac{x}{3}+ \frac{x}{4}+\frac{x}{12})  \\ x> \frac{8x}{12(3)} \\ x> \frac{2x}{9}
so all numbers satisfy this condition
so it can be any number
If it is equal then the number is zero
