 \huge{ \text{ \purple{ \underline{ \underline{✿Solution!}}}}}

 \sf{Let \: the \: number \: is \: increased \: by \: 10\%}

 \sf{x+ \frac{10x}{100} = \frac{11}{10}  }

 \sf{The  \: number \:  is  \: decreased  \: by 10 \%} \\  \sf{= \frac{11x}{10} − \frac{11x}{10} × \frac{10}{100} } \\   \sf{= \frac{11x}{10} − \frac{11x}{100} = \frac{99x}{100} }

 \sf{Decrease \:  in  \: percentage  \: is }</p><p> \sf{Decrease =x− \frac{99x}{100} =  \frac{x}{100} }

 \sf{so \: decreased \: by \: \%}

 \sf{= \frac{ \frac{x}{100} }{x} ×100\%=1\%}

 \mathcal{ \blue{ \boxed{ \therefore{The \: answer \: is \: 1\%}}}}
