Answer : 4% decreased

Solution :
_________

Given that : A number is increased by 20% and increased number is decreased by 20%

x + y +  \frac{xy}{100}

where x = increased% and y = decreased%

20  - 20 -  \frac{20 \times 20}{100}  \\  \\  =  >  - 4

So, net decreased% will be 4%

4 % decrease
suppose you have ₹100
100+ 20% of 100 = 120
now 20% of 120 =24
120-24 = 96
100-96 = 4
4 is 4% of 100
