First you have to find median and mode.
To find median:
Formula=n+1/2
==15+1/2
==14/2
= 7

Therefore for answer 1
Probability= no of given/total\
ANS 1= 7/15

Mode =9 because it has highest frequency
(It appears 5 times)
So probability=5/15
=1/5
ANS 2= 1/5

Hope this helps!
