Sub: Issues created by beggars near the Red signal-reg.
Respected Sir,
I am Asmita of 78 residing in Moti Bagh, Delhi writing you to bring the kind notice of beggars who are found roaming near the red light and are involved in the cases of purse snatching and stealing. There are number of beggars found on red signal, when some donates then they are snatching their purse and running away. Many cases have been booked by the public on them. This is affecting common people. They are losing money, mobiles, ID cards. The government should take necessary actions against those people and should show some path of employment despite begging.
In this regard, I request you to explore this issue through one of the columns in your paper and make the ministry to take action against this.
Thanking You, Yours truly Asmita
