1) DNA is isolated and digested by the help of endonuclease.

2) DNA fragments were separated by electrophoresis.

3) Separated DNA fragments are transferred to synthetic membrane.

4) Hybridization using labelled VNTR probe.

5) Hybridized DNA are detected by autobiography.
