We have developed very much in a very fast manner. But the rate and level of development is high, the way we are exploiting the Natural Resources, they will not sustain for long time.

1. If we see the case of ground water, we are exploiting them recklessly, but we are not replenishing them at the same rate. One day will come when we will suffer water scarcity. That's why they will not sustain for the future generations.

2. Now If we look into the case of Petroleum, it is Non Renewable Resource and once it is over, it will take millions of years for it's formation. We don't have much stock of Petroleum and the existing stock will last for only about 50 years.
