8 x 30 shud do the trick

Answer is 240

So the total amount of sweets are 240

So if 12 children shared the same number of sweets, we need to divide the total amount of sweets by the number of children to get the answer

So,
240 divided by 12 (sorry I couldn’t find divide symbol)

240 divided by 12 = 20
So therefore, each child will receive 20 sweets
