Let the tens digit=x
Unit digit=3x+1
Actual no.=10x+3x+1=13x+1
Sum of digits=x+3x+1=4x+1
Three times sum of digits=3(4x+1)=12x+3
ATQ
=>12x+3=13x+1
=>3-1=13x-12x
=>x=2
Actual no.=13x2+1=26+1=27
