x=3q+1 -----1
q=2p+1 -----2
eq 2 is possible only if q is odd,
so put q=1, 3,5,.....2n-1
if q=3
x=10
if 6 divides 10 ,it will leave reaminder as 4
if q=5
x=16
again remainder will be 4.
