let A be the number which is divided by 627 and on on dividing the number we get q as the quotient,

now we have to apply here,

dividend=divisor×quotient+remainder,

A=627×q+43,

so now you have to break the remainder in terms of 19,
then
A=19×33q+19×2+5,

since here 19×33q and 19×2 is exactly divisible by 19 so 5 will be the remainder ....

Let the number is y.

when it is divided by 627 , the remainder is 43.

Let 627 was multiplied with x.

so we can write y as follows.....

y= 627x + 43

y=19×33x + 43

y = 19×33x + 19×2 + 5

y= 19(33x+2) +5

So when y is devided by 19 , the remainder is 5 and 19 is multiplied with 33x+2
