Let the number be x, now 1/7th of x = x/7. Sum of all angles of a triangle? 360.
Now x - x/7 = 360. Taking lcm (7x - x )7= 360 => 6x/7=360 taking 7 on the other side,
6x = 360*7 => 6x= 2520 x=2520/6 => 420. Verify this by putting value of x as 420 in x-x/7= 360 . 420-420/7=360 .. 420-60=360 so 360= 360. So the value of x = 420. Let me know if u need a solution on paper

sherryshauryasharma: Wait this is wrong. Sum of all angles is 180 in a triangle.. sorry..
sherryshauryasharma: just take 180 instead of 360 and you'll be fine
