No of numbers in set=7

sample space is {-3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3}

no of elements in subset = 7

so N(s) =7

the event taken is x<2

event set is {-3,-2,-1,0,1}

no of elements in event set = 5

N(e)=5

probability that x<2=N(e)/N(s)

=5/7.
