my sis is too a nurse she suggested me d answer given below...
a nusre shuld clearly say no as this is not allowed and is declared illegal u knw well if a patient's mental report will be leaked in the society it will have a negative impact on his life style to a nurse shuld refuse on the same moment for the sake of betterment nd good self respect of hospital nd patient
