Object Distance = -50 cm

Focal length = 20 cm

1/v - 1/u = 1/f

1/v - 1/(-50) = 1/20

1/v = 1/20 - 1/50

1/v = 3/100

v = 33.33 cm

so, position of image is between F and 2F

Magnification (M) = V/U

= 33.33/(-50)

M = -0.67

also, Magnification

(M) = height of image ------------------------------------

height of object

M = height of image/10

0.67 = H/10

H = 6.7 cm
