A object travel in a circular path whose radius is 20m.if the object travel two and half round.find the distance and displacement?​

Answer:

distance=2xcircumference of circle+ circumference of semicircle =2\pi r X 2+\pi r

=5\pi r

hence the distance is 314

displacement is final distance -initial distance

it's given that it travels 2 whole rounds which means that it comes back to the initial postion 2 times

we need to calculate the displacement for the semi circle i.e, half round

if we see the semi circle the minimum distance is its diameter so the displacement will is 2x20=40
