Cost of each cycle = 200

Freight and Insurance = 5500

According to the question,

Calculation of Commission

Bicycles Sold = 410

410 @ 250 = 102500

Commission = 102500 * 5% = Rs.6125

Surplus = 110000 - 102500 = Rs.7500

Commission on surplus = 7500 * 25% = Rs.1874

Total Commission = 5125+1875 = Rs.7000
