Then radius of Cylinder =

 \frac{5.6}{2}  = 2.8m

The capacity of cylinder =volume of cylinder =0.616 cubic meter

Let the height of cylinder =hm

 \frac{22}{7}    \times  ({2.8})^{2}  \times h = 0.616

 =  > h =   \frac{0.616 \times 7}{22 \times 2.8 \times 2.8}  = 0.025 \: meter
