Avul Pakir Jainulabdin Abdul Kalam, in short A.P.J abdul kalam was born on october 15 in 1931 in Rameshwaram, Tamil Nadu. his father Jainulabdin marakayar was a fisherman. Because of lack of money, he had to face a lot of difficulties in his life but rising from all these problems, he emerged as a star and became the former president of India. he did his schooling at the schwartz higher secondary school, Ramanathapuram, kalam went on to attend saint Joseph's college
Tiruchirappalli , then affiliated with the university of Madras, from where he graduated in physics in 1954. he moved to Madras in 1955 to study aerospace engineering in Madras Institute of Technology.he did a lot of hard work in his life. he narrowly missed achieving his dream of becoming a fighter pilot, as he got 9th rank, and only eight position were available in IAF.his life changed when on 18 july 2002, he won the election and became the 11th president of india. because of his work on the development of ballistic missile and he launched vehicle technology , he is known as the Missile Man of India. While delivering a lecture in Indian institute of management, Shillong he collapsed and died from an apparent cardiac arrest on 27 july 2015 at the age of 83. this great man proved that whether you belong from a poor family, if you have full dedication towards your work, there is nothing in the world which can stop you from achieving your goal.
