she can have maximum 12  packets

Step-by-step explanation:

let number of plain biscuit packet = x

let number of chocolate biscuit packet = y

she wants to buy 3 packet of plain and  4 packet of chocolate biscuit

total cost of 3 packet of plain and  4 packet of chocolate biscuit = 3 (6) +4(9) = Rs. 54

ans we have to maximize for the remaining amount

maximize Z = x+y

therefore ,

6x +9y \leq 18\\\\2x+3y \leq 6

x\geq 0\\\\ y\geq 0

plotting these points we find the feasible region with the vertices

(0,0) , (0,2) and (3,0)

from the graph it is clear that

Z is maximum at (3,0)

so , (3,0) is the optimum point

then

total number of packet = 3 + 4+ 3 = 12 packets

hence , she can have maximum 12  packets
