let common multiple be x,

i.e 3x and 4x

by Pythagoras theorem

(20)2=(3x)2+(4x) 2

400=9x*x+16x*x

400=25x*x

400/25=x*x

16=x*x

x=16

sides, 3x=3*16=48

4x=4*16=64
