Hey!

As per the question,

Favorable outcome possibility={(1,1),(2,2),(3,3),(4,4),(5,5),(6,6)}=6.

Total outcome= 36 as their are two dices.

Hence probability of a doublet = favorable outcome/total outcome.
= 6/36.
=1/6.

Total number of outcome = 36
probablity of getting a doublet will be = (1,1), (2,2), (3,3), (4,4), (5,5), (6,6)
Probablity(getting a doublet) = 6/36 = 1/6
