Answer:

there are 6 doublets in throwing of 2 dice once

therefore favourable no. of outcomes=6

Total no. of outcomes = 36

Therefore

Probability=6/36

= 1/6

Answer:

hlooo \: dear

number \: of \: total \: outcome \:  = 36

because \: a \: pair \: of \: dice \: is \: thrown

so

let \: x \: be \: the \: probability \: of \: getting \\ same \: number \: on \: each \: dice

so \:  \\ number \: of \: possible \: outcome \:  = 6

p(x) =  \frac{6}{36}

so \: the \: probability \: is \:  \frac{1}{6}
