Negative integers

Integers with a value less than zero are known as negative integers. There are no fractions or decimals in them. Negative integers, for example, are -7 and -10.

Given

The number 6.

To find

We have to find the pair of negative integers whose difference is 6.

Solution

Let -6 and -12 be the two integers whose difference is 6.

Now difference is -6-(-12) = -6+12

                                          = 6

Hence -6 and -12 be the two negative integers whose difference is 6.
