A panel of planning commission experts to discuss he infrastructural need for year to come. Bellow Poverty Line is the line which is concidered by the government of India for the benchmark line for the development and beginning of the poverty line.
In 2012 according to the census which is released before the election, it is stated that 22% of the total population of India is Bellow the Poverty Line. This is based on the fact that 22% of the population earns less than twenty two thousand rupees a year.
