Area of the rectangular paper =l*b
7cm*10cm=70 sq.cm
Area of the two semi circles =area of a whole circle =
$\pi \times {r}^{2}$
22/7*3.5cm*3.5cm=38.5 sq.cm
Area of the remaining part=(70-38.5) sq.cm
31.5 sq.cm
