Every evening I play the game of badminton in the park with my friends. Badminton is my favorite game because it helps in being active.  This game requires lots of precision and strength which helps me in building me both mentally and physically. I started playing badminton when I was 8 years old and my father used to coach me as he is a professional player. Instead of being on a computer and indoor games I prefer playing badminton whenever am low and stressed. This game also helps me in building a bond with my friends and family.
