countries are classified as developed and undeveloped on the basis of per capita income and various other aspects which determine the HDI( human development index) of the country. According to World Development Reports ( word bank ) countries with pet capita income as $12736 per annum are developed whereas the one with $1045 ante undeveloped. Developed countries usually provide better public facilities, job opportunities, basic education and health facilities which reasons out the higher incomes whereas the undeveloped countries do not provide such facilities to is citizens thus resulting in uneducated people working in ill paid jobs. Developed countries have better living standards than undeveloped countries and as most of the population is educated and provide basic facilities social crimes are less, issues like discrimination and inequality are also less and infant mortality rate, illiteracy etc are also less if compared to undeveloped countries
