Hii friend,

It was 10th of April and my birthday. I was so excited from the morning. Mamma was baking a huge fruit cake for me. But as every year they weren't decorating the house. They said they have a special surprise for me. In the evening we went to a orphanage. At first I became very sad as I did not wanted to spend my birthday there. My father took me by my hand and we entered inside. As soon as we stepped in the lights were switched on and everybody wished me Happy Birthday. The children were looking very happy. My father told me to give them the gifts we have brought with us. As I gave them their faces brightened up. Mrs Sharma who runs the orphanage greeted us warmly. Then the whole evening we danced, sang songs, recited poems and even some of them showed me a few magic tricks. I cut the cake and it was distributed between all of us. Then after playing for another hour or so we had our dinner. It was delicious. Then we left the place and returned home. Maybe they didn't have any gift to give me but the smiles on their faces brought a smile on my face also. This memorable event will be cherished by me forever....
