The capacitance is 1.69\times 10^{-10}\ F .

Given :

Dimensions of parallel plate capacitor is 10 cm x 7 cm .

Distance between the plates , d = 0.7 mm = 0.0007 m .

Thickness of glass plate t = 0.4 mm = 0.0004 m .

Dielectric constant of glass , k = 6 .

We know , capacitance is given by :

C=\dfrac{\epsilon_oA}{d-t(1-\dfrac{1}{k})}

Putting all values in above equation we get :

C=\dfrac{8.85\times 10^{-12}\times 0.007}{(7-4(1-\dfrac{1}{6}))\times 10^{-4}}\\\\C=1.69\times 10^{-10}\ F

Hence , this is the required solution .
