initially,

c=E•A/d=8pF

now ,

the separation between the plates is reduced by half (d/2)and the space between them is filled with a medium of dielectric constant (K=5)

we know that in presence of a dielectric the capacitance increases

c'=K c

c'=KE•A×2/d

c'=5×2E•A/d

c'=10E•A/d

c'=10c

c'=80pF

I hope this helps ( ╹▽╹ )
