ar(llgm) = b \times h \\  \\ a(triangle) =  \frac{1}{2}  \times b \times h \\ base \: is\: given \: as \: same \\ since \: the \: two \: shapes \: are \: between \: equal \: parrallels \\ height \: is \: also \: the \: same \\ thus \: the \: ratio \: is \\  \frac{ \frac{1}{2}bh }{bh}  =  \frac{1}{2}
