a parallelogram has a base of 135dm. The corresponding height is 6 dm. Find the area of parallelogram in square metre. ​

Answer: 8.1 sq.m

Explanation:  

1dm= 0.1 m

Base = 135dm= 13.5m ( 135x0.1)

Height= 6dm= 0.6m (6x0.1)

Area of parallelogram= bxh

                                    =  13.5 x 0.6

                                     = 8.1 sq.m
